We hope you adore your Serayah hijab, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please email us at serayahco@gmail.com or submit a return request, and we’ll guide you through the process.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
When contacting us, please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Please note, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for items lost or delayed due to the shipping company’s discretion.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and keep you informed about your refund.
